Troy Smith is the General Manager for Wiseway Supply’s Central Kentucky region, overseeing operations at the Lexington Electric and Lexington Plumbing branches, as well as the Georgetown, Frankfort, and Louisville Electric/Plumbing branches. With 33 years of experience in the plumbing wholesale industry and four years in electrical wholesale, Troy brings extensive industry knowledge to his role. A licensed plumber since 1994, his expertise includes sales, project management, product training, and team building. He has been a member of the Kentucky Association of Master Contractors (KAMC) since 2012.

A longtime resident of Lexington, KY, Troy has been married to his wife, Stacey, for 32 years. Together, they have four children—Tori, Lucas, Micah, and Matthew. Outside of work, he enjoys deer hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling with his family whenever possible.

With over a decade of experience in sales, Sean Murphy brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the plumbing industry. Over the last 8 years, Sean has honed his skills in sales and management, contributing to significant growth and success in his field. His strong background in the plumbing industry and deep understanding of customer needs have been key factors in his achievements.

Sean’s leadership abilities were recognized early in his career, and he was promoted to General Manager at his previous company, where he played a pivotal role in managing operations and driving company performance. His leadership and strategic approach to business management helped shape the company's growth trajectory.

Now serving as Branch Manager at Wiseway Supply, Sean continues to apply his wealth of experience in overseeing branch operations, driving sales initiatives, and fostering relationships with customers and vendors alike. His commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence ensures that Wiseway Supply delivers top-tier service and products.

Outside of work, Sean is a dedicated family man, married with two children. He enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, making the most of their outdoor adventures together.

I've had many years’ experience. I began my career in the electrical field in 1987. I worked in residential, commercial and industrial environments.

Licensed Master Electrician and licensed Electrical Inspector for the state of Kentucky. I am currently teaching an electrical program for the Building Institute of Greater Louisville.

Member of Kentucky chapter of IAEI.

Happily married to Lisa and we have four kids together and six grandchildren. We are fans of the Kentucky Wildcats but even more important we are fans of the little league games the grandkids are playing. We enjoy time at the lake with our family and friends.

Parker Young is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a background in environmental science and operations management. With two years of experience in the plumbing and wholesale industry, Parker has held roles as a Warehouse Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to that, he worked as an Operations Manager at a chimney company and gained experience as both a Wetland Scientist and an Environmental Scientist.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, traveling, fishing, and playing sports. As a competitive soccer player, he continues to stay active in the game. Parker is 33 years old and lives with his wife, Chelsea, and their two children—Chance (8) and Faith (5).

My Name is Daniel Leah. I started off in trade by going to trade school in Indiana to learn electrical work, where I got certifications and an associate’s degree. I spent 4 years in the industrial electrical field in Indiana. In the Industrial field I worked to get my MSHA certification to work on mining sites. Shortly after I moved to Kentucky and then I spent months working in the commercial and residential fields. I then began doing work in sales to gain some sales experience so I could accomplish my goal of working in electrical wholesale.

With 15 years of experience in warehouse operations, I am a dedicated and results-driven Warehouse Lead committed to efficiency, safety, and team leadership. I am skilled in inventory management, logistics coordination, and fast paced environments where organization and precision are key.

I have a proven track record of implanting streamlined workflows, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Leading by example, I foster teamwork and accountability, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. My expertise includes forklift operation, order fulfillment, shipping / receiving, and staff training.

I am always eager to collaborate, solve challenges, and contribute to Wiseway Supply’s success.
